As I’ve said before, I’m going to focus on my physical health in 2018. January’s Word of the Month is going to be move, so I’ve decided to take part in Janathon, a challenge to do some form of physical exercise every day for the whole month. My form of physical exercise will be walking. I’ll start with short walks, probably just around the block, and try to gradually increase the length and intensity.
