Hello! I had planned to do two videos today: one for Scraptember and one for my Planning Out Loud series, but as soon as I got up I knew I wouldn’t have the energy for two, so I decided to combine them. It’s not cheating; my monthly-setups always include elements of memory-keeping. For example, in my gratitude log, I record things I’m grateful for every day, and I often refer back to previous monthly spreads to see how far I’ve come in my recovery from mental illness.
