Hello! For my Cheeky Studio Design Team makes this week, I created two projects. The first is this birthday card which features two clusters from the Sweet Succulents ephemera pack. I love the colours in these pieces; they’re so soft and gentle. Before sticking the clusters to the page and trimming their edges, I splattered the card with some watered-down Distress Oxide inks to make the two clusters feel connected and part of the same card.
For my second make, I created a 12×12 scrapbook layout documenting my daughter’s hate-hate relationship with homework. These photos have always made me chuckle, so they definitely deserve a layout of their own. I used the August kit from Cheeky Studio which is based on the Notebook Nancy ephemera pack, from which I pulled the iPad, mobile phone and notebooks – all of which my kids use for their homework.
