About

Natalie Bowers is a paper-crafter, story scavenger and professional volunteer who lives in Hampshire with her husband and two children.

A gregarious loner and shameless eavesdropper, Natalie can often be found haunting the dark recesses of coffee shops and cafes, her pencil poised above paper. When she’s not writing and doodling, Natalie is either arting and crafting in her shoffice or binge-watching YouTube tutorials on the sofa. She also likes to trawl charity shops for vintage paper and comb local beaches for sea glass. Many of Natalie’s short stories and flash-fictions have been published online and in print, and her art and handmade cards can be purchased in person, or online at Stonetable Designs UK. Natalie is also a member of several design teams, and regularly writes tutorials and makes videos about card-making, planning, memory keeping and journaling.

Natalie has overcome severe depression and anxiety and now happily shares the story of how she is recovering by discovering wellness, resilience and purpose through creativity, mindfulness, prayer and planning.
